Shipping policy
DELIVERY:
Your CASPAL order will be lovingly hand-packaged and shipped on time.
We ship with our partners Fedex, DHL, and GLS to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and without a hitch. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team at info@caspal.it.
You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, so you can monitor the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original time estimates are met, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, adverse weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
ITALY:
We offer express delivery to all our customers in Italy.
Delivery options: Standard delivery in Italy (2-6 business days): €30.00 Same-day delivery in Milan* (by bicycle, where possible): €50.00
*Please note that to guarantee same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
USA:
Standard shipping in 10-15 business days: €220.00
Taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
EU:
Standard shipping in 5-9 business days: €70.00
Taxes and duties may vary depending on the destination country and will be the customer's responsibility.
UK:
Standard shipping in 5-9 business days: €150.00
Taxes and duties may vary depending on the destination country and will be paid by the customer.
SWITZERLAND:
Standard shipping in 5-9 business days: €50.00
Taxes and duties may vary depending on the destination country and will be paid by the customer.
UAE:
Standard shipping in 10-15 business days: €470.00
Taxes and duties may vary depending on the destination country and will be paid by the customer.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES:
Shipments to destinations outside of Italy may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by location. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders outside of Italy and will be the customer's responsibility.
Please contact our customer service team at info@caspal.it for more information on country-specific customs fees. For orders outside of Italy, customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. In such cases, it is very difficult for us to expedite the process, as they are controlled by the customs department in the importing country. Orders are held and inspected randomly, meaning delivery times are beyond our control.
RETURNS:
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, any returns received outside the return window will be refused or issued with a credit. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on made-to-order or one-of-a-kind pieces classified as "Exclusive."

We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receipt, however, during peak periods it may take slightly longer.
We are currently unable to cover return shipping costs and recommend shipping your returned items to us using a trackable service. When shipping your return, please include the text "return shipment to origin" on the outside of the package to ensure the goods are not held up in customs.
We do not store credit card information or share customer data with third parties.
